RepFlex weighted goalkeeper training gloves are designed to support performance development within structured goalkeeper training. As with any training equipment used in sport, proper use and progression are recommended.

RECCOMENDED PROGRESSION OF USE

RepFlex training gloves introduce additional training demand. To allow for natural adaptation:

Youth Goalkeepers: We recommend beginning with 15 to 20 minutes of use per session and gradually increasing over time.

More experienced youth goalkeepers may begin with half-session use and progress toward full-session use as desired.

Adult Goalkeepers: We recommend beginning with 30 to 45 minutes of use per session and scaling up to full-session use as comfortable.

Athletes should progress at a pace appropriate to their individual training level.

GOALKEEPER GENERAL TRAINING RISKS

Goalkeeping is a physically demanding position. All goalkeepers, regardless of equipment used, are naturally exposed to risks associated with, but not limited to:

  • Diving
  • Landing
  • Catching
  • Repetitive Impact
  • High-Intensity Movement

RepFlex training gloves do not introduce new categories of risk beyond those already inherent to the position. Athletes should always train responsibly and within their comfort level.

GLOVE WEAR & TEAR

Goalkeeper gloves are performance equipment designed for impact, wear and tear is a normal and unavoidable result of:

  • Training volume Playing surfaces
  • Environmental conditions Movement demands
  • Playing style

RepFlex goalie gloves are engineered for performance and development. Like all goalkeeper gloves, signs of use and wear are expected over time. RepFlex assumes no responsibility for natural material wear resulting from regular use.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

RepFlex training gloves are designed to support training progression. Individual performance outcomes will vary depending on training habits, environment, and athlete development.

Goalkeeping carries inherent physical demands
Equipment is used at the athlete’s discretion
