THE REPFLEX EFFECT
Same training. More development. REACT training gloves target six key areas of goalkeeper performance.
Develop faster hands, quicker first movements, and more explosive goalkeeper reactions by increasing the demand of every save.
Develop greater force output through repeated catches, parries, punches, and saves to improve control against powerful shots.
Develop stronger grip strength, more secure handling, and refined catching mechanics through repeated goalkeeper-specific catches under increased demand.
Develop goalkeeper-specific strength by challenging the entire movement chain through catches, dives, recoveries, and distribution.
Increase the proprioceptive and neuromuscular demands of goalkeeper-specific movement, reinforcing body awareness, coordination, and movement control under resistance.
Build the capacity to sustain speed, control, and decisive goalkeeper actions from the first minute through the final whistle.
PROFESSIONAL GK INSIGHT
Throughout my playing and coaching career, I’ve always looked for ways to maximize goalkeeper development while keeping training specific to the demands of our position. What excites me most about RepFlex is its ability to combine physical development and technical goalkeeper training into one complete training experience.
Having played professionally in MLS, NASL, and the USL Championship, and coached goalkeepers at the professional, collegiate, academy, and youth levels, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to develop keepers for the next level. I truly believe the technology and innovation behind RepFlex represent one of the most significant advancements in goalkeeper training we’ve seen in years.
RepFlex training gloves introduce a new way to develop strength, power, movement quality, and body control through the actions goalkeepers perform every day. I believe RepFlex has the potential to change the way goalkeepers train and develop, and I’m proud to be part of the team helping shape the future of goalkeeper performance.

RepFlex REACT goalkeeper training gloves are patent-pending weighted training gloves designed to integrate position-specific resistance directly into goalkeeper training. Powered by RFX-6™ CORE, REACT increases the physical demand of catches, dives, reactions, recoveries, punches, distribution, and other goalkeeper-specific movements while preserving full mobility, natural hand articulation, and technical execution.
RepFlex REACT goalkeeper training gloves weigh approximately 16 to 40 oz (454 to 1,134 g) per pair, depending on glove size, or approximately 8 to 20 oz (227 to 567 g) per glove. REACT uses size-calibrated resistance, meaning the amount of integrated resistance increases with glove size. This scaling provides appropriately calibrated training demand across glove sizes while preserving natural goalkeeper movement, full mobility, and natural hand articulation.
RFX-6™ CORE is the resistance technology inside patent-pending RepFlex REACT goalkeeper training gloves. It is a soft, flexible weighted matrix integrated across the glove backhand that provides distributed, size-calibrated resistance while allowing the glove to move naturally through goalkeeper-specific actions. RFX-6™ CORE transforms the goalkeeper glove from passive equipment into an integrated resistance training tool.
No. RepFlex REACT goalkeeper training gloves are engineered with free-motion resistance designed to increase training demand while preserving full mobility, natural hand articulation, and technical execution. Powered by RFX-6™ CORE, a soft, flexible weighted matrix distributed across the glove backhand, REACT moves and flexes naturally with the hand through catches, punches, dives, recoveries, and distribution. Movement quality remains the standard when introducing and progressing resistance training.
RepFlex REACT weighted goalkeeper training gloves are designed for progressive use according to the recommended Goalkeeper Resistance Training Protocol. REACT uses size-calibrated, distributed resistance designed to increase training demand while preserving natural goalkeeper movement, full mobility, natural hand articulation, and technical execution. Training exposure should begin gradually and progress based on individual readiness, adaptation, and movement quality.
For youth goalkeepers, shorter exposure periods should be introduced first and progressively increased as the keeper adapts. National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) supports properly designed and supervised youth resistance training and emphasizes appropriate instruction, progression, and program design.
RepFlex REACT training gloves integrate directly into the goalkeeper-specific work keepers already perform, so the way you train does not need to change. REACT can be used through handling, footwork, diving, shot stopping, reactions, recoveries, distribution, and other goalkeeper-specific training. Goalkeepers should follow the RepFlex Goalkeeper Resistance Training Protocol, beginning with shorter exposure periods and progressively increasing training duration, intensity, and drill complexity as they adapt. Natural movement and clean technical execution should guide progression.
RepFlex REACT goalkeeper training gloves feature a durable FlexGrip training palm with less tack than traditional match latex, helping reduce reliance on palm stickiness while reinforcing grip strength, hand control, and clean catching mechanics. FlexGrip is designed to withstand the repeated wear of high-volume goalkeeper training. A Flat Hybrid Cut provides a comfortable, natural fit with greater palm-to-ball contact while allowing natural hand and finger articulation.
No. RepFlex REACT goalkeeper training gloves do not use traditional rigid finger-save inserts. RFX-6™ CORE extends throughout the fingers, adding flexible support while allowing natural finger articulation and helping challenge the grip and finger strength involved in catching and controlling the ball. Traditional finger saves can restrict natural finger flexion and change how the hand moves through catching actions, which conflicts with REACT’s focus on developing natural catching mechanics and hand control. Goalkeepers who prefer additional finger support can use goalkeeper finger tape as needed without sacrificing the glove’s free-motion design.
REACT goalkeeper training gloves by RepFlex are not prohibited from match play under the Laws of the Game. However, they are engineered as performance training gloves, not match gloves. RepFlex recommends using REACT for training to maximize resistance-based performance development, then transitioning to APEX match gloves for unrestricted match-day feel, grip, and performance.
